TSC's Workplace Violence & Harassment Course covers both Federal & Ontario Provincial legislation, how to recognize Workplace Violence & Harassment and how to address it.

There is a specifc module on how to respond & handle these situations, which is not often found in WV&H Training.  A "Standard Edition" is forthcoming 

This Workshop Edition would be good as a refresher for people who have already taken WV&H Training
