High-Lift Forklift training is for any class of Forklift that can lift a load over 12" (30cm).  This course focuses primarily on Counterbalance & Narrow Aisle Forklifts.  Orderpicker & Turret Truck are mentioned, however, those will be separate add-on modules (forthcoming).  TeleHandler would also be a separate course (forthcoming).  Once the theory is completed, participants will need to take the sub-course/s for the Power Sources they have in the workplace: Electric, Propane, Gas/Diesel and/or Natural Gas: a nominal separate course-fee applies.  Additionally, to be fully certified, participants will need to have a Practical Evaluation on-site at their workplace, once they have successfully completed the Theory and applicable Fuel Source/s.  As-per CSA Standard, 8-hours of supervised practice time is recommended prior to the formal Practical Evaluation/Test: does not have to be sequential, it may be cumulative.  The theory course fee includes the Practical Evaluation.  This Evaluation will be scheduled as-soon-as-possible after successful completion of the Theory components.  Travelling distance/Km Reimbursement may be applicable to the Practical Evaluation.
