Propane Torches & Heaters in NON-CONSTRUCTION SETTINGS are used in numerous ways to keep spaces warm, prevent infrastructure freezing, heat only a specific area, or to keep materials from freezing. *Note: these devices used in Construction Settings require CH01 or CH02 Certification: Forthcoming.

- Detailed properties, hazards & requirements for Propane
- Different types of Torches & Heaters
- Equipment inspection
- Equipment usage
- Lighting/igniting equipment
- Safety Do's & Don'ts
- Storage of Propane Cylinders & the equipment
There is a written test: Standard Passig Grade = 75%.
A practical demonstration could/should also be scheduled after the Theory course
