Low-Lift Walkie equipment is known as Power Pallet Trucks, Pallet Jacks, Walkies/Walkers, etc...  These are a Battery-powered pieces of Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) that are typically used indoors.  These MHE machines only lift up-to 30cm (12").  
There are several different types:  Walker: this cannot be ridden, you walk behind it...  End-Rider:  there is a foldable or stationary platform at one end of the Walkie (you may still Walk with this model)...  Centre-Rider: the operator is actually in a compartment to drive the Walkie...  All are driven with a Motorcycle-type of grip/thumb controller to choose direction and speed.  
The Theory would be approx 4-5hrs when delivered in-person.
